Real numbers, not adjectives
Throughput, measured under load.
Every release runs a load test at 100, 250, and 500 concurrent statement submissions. The release is blocked unless the P95 conversion acceptance stays under two seconds and no jobs are lost. Below is the latest passing run.

Per-concurrency results
| Concurrent statements | Submitted | Ready | Convert P95 | Time-to-ready P95 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | 100 | 100 | 94 µs | 204 µs |
| 250 | 250 | 250 | 182 µs | 232 µs |
| 500 | 500 | 500 | 255 µs | 387 µs |
Convert acceptance threshold: 2.00 s. Time-to-ready threshold scales per concurrency tier.
Why these numbers
Documented in ADR-009. The gate fails closed: zero lost jobs, zero duplicate credit charges, zero duplicate statement rows, P95 conversion acceptance under two seconds. Numbers below the threshold are still gate-passing, the threshold is the ceiling.
